Nickolaj

With his debut EP “Live at Afterlife” (2023), Canadian-Danish musician Nickolaj (pronounced Nic-o-lie) is paying homage to his early rock and roll influences. Filmed and recorded live off the floor at Afterlife Studios in Vancouver, Canada, the EP’s sound and visuals are a shining light on a promising songwriter. In support of the release, Nickolaj has been playing venues across Vancouver, to great acclaim, as a solo and full band act.

After living in Denmark during his adolescence, Nickolaj moved to Vancouver, Canada where much of his formative years were spent listening to classic 60’s and 70’s artists. Two years studying music at Selkirk College in Nelson, B.C. further nurtured the prospering songwriter.
