Commercial vendors

We welcome vendors with commercially made goods to apply for a booth at Barnside Harvest Festival. As a Commercial Vendor, you will be given a 10'x10' footprint within the festival grounds to promote your business and sell your products.

We would love to have your brand activation at our Barnside Harvest Festival! This form is intended for bigger brands or businesses who would like to support the event with your sponsorship or brand activation.

food trucks

We welcome licensed mobile food truck operators to apply for a space at Barnside Harvest Festival. As a Food Truck operator, you will be given a 10'x40' footprint, sized as needed for your specific truck, within the festival grounds to sell your products. Food truck operators must have valid Fraser Health permits and an approved fire inspection.
